Millennium Machine & Tool is a CNC machined components manufacturer that has been hyper-serving high-precision industries like aerospace, agriculture, recreation, transportation, and the US military for more than 25 years.
Our full-service milling and turning shop operates some of the industry’s most accurate and efficient CNC machining centers and lathes, including our Swiss Screw machines services that manufacture some of the most intricate parts with both speed and accuracy.

What We Do

CNC Components Manufacturing
When we started Millennium Machine & Tool as a two-man shop in an 1,800 sq. ft facility in 1998, we couldn’t have dreamed of how much we would grow as a CNC machined components manufacturer.
We span nearly 77,000 sq. ft of temperature-controlled manufacturing space and work on more than 45 CNC mills, 5+ CNC lathes, and 13 Swiss screw machines–making our fleet one of the most diverse in the industry.
Swiss Machining
For the ultimate in precision, our Swiss screw machine services are performed by eight Swiss turning lathes and five conventional CNC lathes.
Turning
From straight turning, taper turning, external grooving, threading, knurling, boring, or drilling, our lathes make parts from .25" – 25" round and up to 80" long.
Milling
We can cut all types of metals and composites with our vertical and horizontal 3 to 5-axis machines for parts ranging in size from < 1" to 84" in length.
Additional Services
We do more than just make parts. Our comprehensive production services include polishing, assembly, and parts stocking all performed in-house.

Company History and Timeline
25 years is a long time.
But not if you love what you do and grow every year by serving more clients across many industries without stopping. Here’s how it started, and how it’s going…
Our Start
Founded as a two-man, 1,800 sq. ft, CNC machined components shop in the country’s most specialized manufacturing region: Newton, Kansas.
The Early Years
We got busy and expanded our existing building to 20,000 sq. ft to make room for a new full-service Polishing Department and additional CNC equipment.
Building the Warehouse
The expansion continued, and to provide our clients with more services, we added more space for a new Warehouse/CNC Saw Department.
More Expertise
Improvement in Quality
Our facility space expanded to 39,000 sq. ft to fit a new CNC manufacturing area with new Quality and Programming Departments.
Swiss Lathes and Growth Investments
As part of our ongoing expansion, we established a new Swiss Lathe Department and a new customer service area with inventory and parts storage. Our facility stands now at 58,000 sq. ft.
Expansion Continues
We are growing by another 19,000 sq. ft in facility space to expand the manufacturing area and add more CNC equipment to stay ahead of customer demand.
The Future Awaits
Today, MMT is home to 90 full-time employees working in a brand-new 77,000 sq. ft temperature-controlled manufacturing facility with more than 45 CNC mills, 5+ CNC lathes, and 13 Swiss turning machines.
